Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, distributed AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data in real-time.
- Lead the research and development of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal agents.
- Oversee model training pipelines, ensuring optimal performance, low latency, and high accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Security, DevOps) to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends, including reinforcement learning and edge computing.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field.
- 8+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML systems architecture.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems, cloud computing (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of deploying high-impact AI models to production.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
