Responsibilities
- Architect Future-Proof Systems: Design scalable, fault-tolerant AI infrastructure specifically tailored for the operational requirements of 2026.
- Pilot New Technologies: Spearhead the evaluation and integration of emerging AI paradigms, including LLMs and reinforcement learning agents.
- Lead Technical Strategy: Define the technical vision for the Horizon Initiative, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
- Optimize Performance: Oversee the deployment of models on edge devices and cloud environments, ensuring sub-millisecond latency.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and security experts to translate research into production-ready solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering and machine learning architecture, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to anticipate industry trends and plan for long-term technological shifts (2026 horizon).
- Communication: Exceptional ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
