Responsibilities
- Design and implement robust, scalable AI architectures capable of processing petabytes of data for 2026 workloads.
- Lead a team of machine learning engineers in developing and deploying state-of-the-art models (e.g., Transformers, GNNs).
- Define technical standards and best practices for AI development, ensuring code quality and system reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers and researchers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time applications.

Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years focused on AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems.
- Proven experience in designing systems that handle high concurrency and large-scale data processing.
- Strong understanding of machine learning principles, including neural networks, deep learning, and reinforcement learning.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
