Responsibilities
- Architect and Deploy: Design and implement scalable machine learning infrastructure for training and deploying large-scale AI models.
- Model Optimization: Drive research initiatives to improve model inference speed, memory efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Ethical AI Alignment: Develop and implement safety guardrails to ensure AI outputs adhere to ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct cutting-edge research in Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF) and few-shot learning techniques.
- Collaboration: Partner with product and engineering teams to integrate complex AI models into production applications seamlessly.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/ML.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering, preferably with large-scale model development.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Transformer architectures, NLP, and deep neural networks.
- Problem Solving: Strong ability to troubleshoot complex performance bottlenecks and optimize data pipelines.
