Responsibilities
- Calendar Management: Manage complex calendars for executive leadership, schedule meetings, and coordinate conference room bookings.
- Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
- Document Preparation: Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Communication Hub: Serve as the primary point of contact for incoming calls and visitors, directing inquiries appropriately.
- Project Support: Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and corporate functions.
- Data Management: Maintain accurate records and databases, including expense reports and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or executive support role.
- Software Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
