Responsibilities
- Architect and maintain high-performance 2D rendering engines using HTML5 Canvas, SVG, and WebGL.
- Optimize rendering performance for complex interactive graphics and animations.
- Collaborate closely with UX/UI designers to translate high-fidelity mockups into pixel-perfect, interactive web components.
- Debug and resolve complex graphical issues across various browsers and devices.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure graphics scale perfectly on all screen sizes.
- Contribute to the technical stack by evaluating and integrating new 2D graphics libraries and tools.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development with a strong focus on 2D graphics.
- Deep proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frameworks like React or Vue.js.
- Expert knowledge of the Canvas API, SVG manipulation, and CSS animations.
- Experience with physics engines or animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, PixiJS, Matter.js).
- Strong understanding of computer graphics concepts, including coordinate systems, vectors, and color spaces.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
