Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for technology infrastructure, focusing on scalability, security, and AI integration for the 2026 era.
- Future-Proof Architecture: Design and oversee the migration of legacy systems to modern, quantum-resistant architectures.
- Predictive AI Implementation: Lead the integration of predictive AI models to drive decision-making and operational efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical visions into actionable strategies for executive leadership and engineering teams.
- Trend Analysis: Continuously monitor emerging tech trends (e.g., Neuromorphic Computing) to advise on their potential impact on our business.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of senior architects and engineers focused on long-term tech horizons.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a strategic planning or CTO advisory role.
- Tech Stack: Deep proficiency in Python, Go, and Rust. Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Future Tech Knowledge: Demonstrated understanding of AI ethics, blockchain applications, and the principles of quantum computing readiness.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
