Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable, cloud-native microservices for the 2026 product roadmap.
- Lead the technical migration strategy from legacy monolithic systems to distributed architectures.
- Collaborate closely with UX and Product teams to integrate AI-driven features and real-time data analytics.
- Optimize application performance and ensure high availability across global regions.
- Establish and enforce rigorous standards for code quality, security, and automated testing.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to foster a culture of technical excellence.
- Drive the adoption of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of professional software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead capacity.
- Deep proficiency in modern JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend technologies (Node.js, Python, or Go).
- Extensive experience designing and deploying scalable systems on AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong expertise in containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering complex projects on time.
- Experience with AI/ML model integration and data pipelines is highly desirable.
