Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Published research on quantum computing or AI ethics (peer-reviewed)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools (e.g., GBN's scenario planning, Delphi method)
- Experience securing government grants for futuristic initiatives ($1M+ projects)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 5+ implemented future-strategy implementations
- Deep understanding of exponential technology convergence patterns
