Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable, high-performance machine learning architectures for 2026-level applications.
- Lead the research and development of Generative AI models, including Large Language Models (LLMs) and diffusion models.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Optimize existing models for inference speed and accuracy, ensuring low-latency deployments.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, quantum computing, and neural architecture search.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in machine learning and AI engineering.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and CUDA programming.
- Proven track record of deploying AI models to production environments at scale.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
