Responsibilities
- Assist with the daily loading, unloading, and sorting of goods and materials.
- Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment to meet regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Perform basic data entry and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must hold a valid H2B Work Visa (Sponsorship available for qualified candidates).
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime during peak seasons.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required.
