Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services across resort amenities including pools, restaurants, and event spaces
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in public areas and guest accommodations
- Assist with seasonal event setup, breakdown, and guest coordination
- Support inventory management for seasonal supplies and equipment
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless guest experiences

Qualifications
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (non-US citizens)
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
