Responsibilities
- Load and unload trailers and trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing merchandise for damage and accuracy before processing.
- Maintain a safe and organized workspace by adhering to all safety protocols and 5S standards.
- Assist in inventory control, including scanning barcodes and stocking shelves.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily priorities.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software to track inventory.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one immediately.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong work ethic with a proven history of reliability and punctuality.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Valid driver's license is a plus but not required for this role.
