Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Pack, label, and prepare merchandise for shipment, ensuring accuracy and meeting quality standards.
- Conduct cycle counts and inventory checks to maintain accurate stock levels.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Operate warehouse management systems and handheld scanning devices efficiently.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets and workflow goals.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for or currently holding a valid H2B Visa (U.S. work authorization).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced seasonal environment.
