Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inventory Management: Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, and organize warehouse aisles.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to OSHA safety standards and maintain a clean workspace.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report discrepancies immediately.
- Team Collaboration: Assist team leads with special projects and daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
- Visa Status: Eligibility to work in the US (H2B Visa holders strongly encouraged to apply).
- Availability: Must be available for shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and willingness to follow instructions.
