What You'll Do
Your primary focus will be on maintaining high standards of accuracy and speed in our fulfillment center. You will work in a fast-paced environment handling various tasks essential to our operations.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload merchandise from trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipment in accordance with safety guidelines.
- Perform regular inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Organize warehouse aisles to maintain a safe and efficient workspace.
- Operate scanning equipment and warehouse management systems to track inventory.
- Assist in general maintenance of the warehouse facility as needed.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and eligible for an H2B visa sponsorship.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic math skills and ability to read and comprehend written instructions.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends during peak season.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
