Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort incoming merchandise safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Verify inventory accuracy and update stock levels in the system.
- Assist in packaging orders for shipment and ensuring all labels are correct.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa and be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.
