Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move palletized goods using forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and proper labeling.
- Pack products securely to ensure safe delivery during transit.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to OSHA safety protocols.
- Assist in inventory control processes and stock replenishment as needed.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and accuracy goals.
Qualifications
- Eligible for or currently holding a valid H2B Visa for the 2026 season.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
