Responsibilities
- Packing & Shipping: Accurately package, label, and prepare items for domestic and international shipment.
- Warehouse Operations: Load and unload trucks, move inventory to storage areas, and organize stock.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and workplace regulations.
- Quality Control: Perform basic quality checks to ensure product integrity.
Qualifications
- Visa Eligibility: Must be eligible for or currently holding an H2B visa (or eligible to apply).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time seasonal work, including weekends and holidays.
- Communication: Basic English language skills for safety instructions and team communication.
- Reliability: Must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screening.
- No Experience Required: We train all new hires; a positive attitude and willingness to learn are all you need.
