Responsibilities
- Inventory Handling: Safely load and unload shipments, verifying quantities and condition of goods.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for timely delivery.
- Equipment Operation: Utilize forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners to maintain efficient workflow.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Documentation: Accurately complete daily logs, inventory reports, and time sheets.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies immediately.
Qualifications
- Visa Status: Must be eligible for or currently holding an H2B Visa (US legal work authorization required).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, safety, and efficiency.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency to follow safety instructions and collaborate with team members.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays during peak season.
