Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately to meet daily production targets.
- Perform cycle counts and maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse management system.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and safety equipment.
- Ensure the warehouse, aisles, and work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States (H2B Visa holders are strongly encouraged to apply).
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Sacramento location.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required by the season.
