Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional guest service across park attractions and facilities
- Operate rides and attractions safely according to company protocols
- Assist with crowd control and guest flow during peak seasons
- Maintain clean and safe operational zones through regular inspections
- Support event operations during special seasonal celebrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize guest experiences
- Report maintenance issues and safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2B Visa sponsorship (2026 season)
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong teamwork and customer service orientation
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours
- Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
