Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated and semi-automated production machinery to ensure high output quality.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet strict quality control standards.
- Package, label, and prepare products for shipping and distribution according to safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all 5S safety protocols.
- Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and increase efficiency.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid and active H2B Visa or be eligible for transfer.
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends during peak season.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
