Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound shipping and receiving operations efficiently.
- Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) to update inventory counts and track stock levels.
- Inspect, sort, and organize merchandise to ensure accurate stock placement.
- Collaborate with the quality control team to resolve discrepancies and damaged goods.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks, ensuring timely delivery schedules.
- Handle customer inquiries regarding order status and product availability.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Work Visa: Must hold a current or eligible H2B visa for the 2026 season.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in data entry and inventory management.
- Basic Computer Skills:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and warehouse software is preferred.
- Reliability:
- Punctual attendance and the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as required.
