Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, manage incoming shipments, and ensure accurate stock rotation to prevent waste.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery under supervision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for defects and ensure all items meet quality standards before being shipped or stored.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to coordinate daily tasks and resolve issues promptly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inventory movements and daily logs as required by management.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must possess a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one upon hire.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and navigate various terrains within the facility.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and strong attention to detail.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays during the peak season.
