Responsibilities
- Execute daily packing, sorting, and shipping operations with high accuracy and efficiency.
- Inspect and verify incoming inventory against purchase orders to ensure stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hiring).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks while adhering to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening.
- Eligible to work in the United States (H2B visa holders preferred).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn warehouse management software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability.
