Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport goods safely using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Perform accurate packing, labeling, and quality control of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team leads to ensure daily production quotas are met efficiently.
- Assist in inventory management and stock organization as required.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety regulations at all times.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa status or proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and operating instructions.
- Strong work ethic and reliability with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overtime and weekends during peak season.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
