Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipping containers and trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Sort, organize, and inventory incoming and outgoing materials with high accuracy.
- Operate industrial machinery and safety equipment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production and safety targets.
Qualifications
- Must be eligible for and willing to work under an H2B visa.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
- Physically fit to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baton Rouge facility.
