Responsibilities
- Maintain turf, flower beds, and shrubbery using proper pruning and trimming techniques
- Operate landscaping equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers) safely and efficiently
- Apply fertilizers, pesticides, and herbicides according to regulations
- Install seasonal decorations and landscape features
- Perform irrigation system maintenance and repairs
- Assist with snow removal during winter months
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental standards
- Complete daily maintenance logs and reports
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa eligibility or willingness to obtain sponsorship
- 1+ years of landscaping or groundskeeping experience
- Ability to perform physical tasks (lifting 50+ lbs, bending, standing for 8+ hours)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Basic knowledge of horticultural practices
