Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest services and maintain cleanliness standards
- Assist with check-in/check-out processes and guest inquiries
- Support food & beverage operations including serving and stocking
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations
- Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
- Participate in mandatory training sessions
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
- Maintain accurate records of tasks performed
Qualifications
- No prior experience required – training provided
- Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship
- Basic English communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays
- Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
- Valid passport from eligible country
- Pass background check and drug screening
