Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests warmly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere from the moment they arrive.
- Present menus and answer detailed questions about food and beverage offerings.
- Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen/bar staff efficiently.
- Service guests throughout the meal, anticipating needs and providing top-tier hospitality.
- Process payments accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations and dining areas.
- Adhere to all safety, health, and sanitation regulations.
Qualifications
- Eligible to work in the United States with a valid H2B Visa (or immediate eligibility to obtain one).
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
- Previous experience in hospitality, food service, or customer service is a plus but not required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a diverse team.
