Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to international and domestic guests
- Manage check-in/check-out processes and room assignments
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Assist with event setup and special guest requests
- Maintain accurate guest records and reservation systems
- Collaborate with remote support team for administrative tasks
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months customer service or hospitality experience
- Eligible for H2B visa sponsorship (employer-sponsored)
- Fluent English; Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
- Flexible availability including nights/weekends/holidays
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems)
- Valid US driver's license (for property transportation)
- Ability to work 40+ hours weekly during peak season
