Responsibilities
- Perform seasonal production, packaging, or warehouse operations with precision and efficiency
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Collaborate in cross-functional teams to meet production targets

- Participate in mandatory pre-shift safety briefings and training sessions
- Report workplace safety concerns to supervisors immediately
- Adapt to flexible shift schedules including weekends and holidays
Qualifications
- Valid passport and eligibility for H2B Visa sponsorship
- Minimum 6 months verifiable work experience in manual labor or manufacturing
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for 8+ hours per shift
- Basic English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Availability to work January - December 2026
