Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain provided equipment (e.g., cleaning tools, event setup gear)
- Deliver exceptional guest service in high-volume settings
- Adhere to safety protocols for all equipment operations
- Collaborate with diverse teams in fast-paced environments
- Assist with venue setup, breakdown, and daily maintenance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces
- Follow all company policies and visa compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Valid H2B visa sponsorship eligibility
- Ability to lift 25+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Basic English communication skills
- Previous hospitality or seasonal work experience preferred
- Reliable transportation to downtown Boston location
- Flexible schedule including weekends/holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Willingness to use company-provided equipment safely
