Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems to load, unload, and transport goods efficiently.
- Packaging & Assembly: Perform quality control checks and package products according to strict safety and quality standards.
- Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment in compliance with OSHA and company safety protocols.
- Inventory Management: Assist in stock rotation and inventory tracking to ensure accurate stock levels.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and colleagues to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic cleaning and minor maintenance checks on machinery and equipment.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be eligible for H2B visa sponsorship or currently hold a valid H2B visa.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and work in various weather conditions.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on quality assurance and safety regulations.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency required; ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable means of transportation and a positive work history.
- Experience: Previous experience in warehouse, manufacturing, or agriculture is a plus but not required.
