Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and customer service duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Load, unload, and stock merchandise or materials efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Follow all company safety protocols and operational guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Handle cash or point-of-sale transactions accurately when required.
- Adapt to changing schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa or proof of eligibility to obtain one.
- Ability to work a full-time seasonal schedule.
- Basic English proficiency for communication and safety instructions.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to reside in the Boston, MA area during employment.
- Previous experience in hospitality, warehousing, or customer service is a plus.
