Responsibilities
- Execute daily operational tasks including stocking, inventory management, and order preparation with high accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and maintain a safe, organized workspace.
- Operate standard warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following all safety protocols.
- Assist in loading and unloading shipments, ensuring proper handling of goods and timely delivery.
- Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet company standards before shipment or display.
- Adhere to all company policies, attendance requirements, and H2B visa regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B non-immigrant visa status or proof of eligibility for sponsorship.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, nights, and holidays, as required by seasonal demand.
- Basic English proficiency for effective communication and safety instruction.
- Physical stamina to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) for extended periods.
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or warehouse logistics is a plus but not mandatory.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude towards team collaboration.
