Responsibilities
- Perform fast-paced assembly, packing, or hospitality duties according to standard operating procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Adhere to all company safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and service targets.
- Handle inventory, stock shelves, and prepare products for shipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service or support as required by the department.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks efficiently during busy periods.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B Visa status or eligibility to obtain one.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Baton Rouge facility.
- Basic English proficiency for safety instructions and communication.
- Previous seasonal or warehouse experience is a plus.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
