Responsibilities
- Operate Warehouse Equipment: Safely and efficiently operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to move inventory.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming shipments; perform cycle counts and inventory audits.
- Packaging & Labeling: Properly package, label, and prepare goods for shipment to ensure compliance with shipping standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage or defects and report discrepancies to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively within a team setting, assisting colleagues and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Work Authorization: Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible to obtain one for the 2026 season.
- Age Requirement: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly, and perform physical labor in varying weather conditions.
- English Proficiency: Basic reading and comprehension skills in English to understand safety instructions and work orders.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time seasonal work (40+ hours per week) including weekends and holidays as required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training provided.
