Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution center.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, following strict safety protocols.
- Manage inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and ensure accurate data entry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet seasonal production targets.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment at all times.
- Adhere to OSHA regulations and company policies regarding labor practices.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid H2B Visa or be eligible for sponsorship under current regulations.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or hospitality is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required by the season.
