Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently.
- Inspect finished products for quality control and ensure high standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.
- Follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols strictly.
- Perform basic material handling, packaging, and labeling tasks.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Qualifications
- Must currently hold a valid H2B Visa or be eligible for sponsorship.
- No prior manufacturing or production experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor (lifting up to 25 lbs).
- Reliable transportation to and from the Wichita location.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Basic English language skills for effective communication.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
