Responsibilities
- Load and unload pallets of merchandise using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock organization.
- Follow all safety protocols and company operational procedures.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors.
Qualifications
- Must be legally eligible to work in the United States (H2B Visa holders strongly preferred).
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ pounds repeatedly and standing for long periods.
- Basic English proficiency required for safety and communication.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or agriculture is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
