Responsibilities
- Perform physical labor duties including loading, unloading, and transporting goods safely and efficiently.
- Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions, maintaining a high level of productivity and focus.
- Inspect work areas for safety hazards and report any issues to management immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure optimal workflow.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production and quality targets.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid and active H2B Visa.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Physically fit and capable of standing and walking for extended periods.
- Basic English language proficiency required for safety and communication.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Willingness to work overtime and weekends as business needs dictate.
