Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including planting, harvesting, sorting, and packing seasonal products.
- Operate and maintain light to heavy industrial machinery safely and efficiently.
- Strictly adhere to all workplace safety regulations and OSHA guidelines.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production quotas.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Current H2B Visa status or eligibility to obtain one.
- Physically capable of performing strenuous labor, including lifting 50+ lbs repeatedly.
- Basic English reading and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation to the job site.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
