Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to visitors and guests in high-traffic areas.
- Assist with the setup, coordination, and teardown of seasonal events and programs.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of facilities to ensure a pristine environment.
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in restocking supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- Legally eligible to work in the United States (H2B Visa sponsorship available).
- Fluency in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or event coordination is preferred.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to work in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as required by the season.
