Responsibilities
- Perform daily receiving, picking, packing, and shipping operations efficiently.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift, Pallet Jack) safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment to ensure safety compliance.
- Conduct quality checks on outgoing shipments to minimize errors.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Must be authorized to work in the United States; H2B Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management systems.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability.
- Valid Driver’s License preferred.
