Responsibilities
- Perform assigned production or assembly tasks according to safety guidelines and quality standards.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere to all company policies, including attendance and dress code requirements.
- Inspect products for defects and report any issues to the shift supervisor immediately.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety compliance.
Qualifications
- Current eligibility for an H2B non-immigrant work visa or a valid H2B visa status.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and overtime as needed.
- Physically capable of performing the duties of the position (standing for long periods, lifting up to 50 lbs).
- Basic English language skills for safety communication and team coordination.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screening.
