Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by supervisors, including landscaping, facility maintenance, or event support.
- Ensure all work areas are kept clean, organized, and safe in strict compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate and maintain basic machinery and tools safely and efficiently.
- Assist with inventory management, stocking, and order fulfillment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project milestones are met.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and local labor regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid H2B non-immigrant visa status (required).
- Previous seasonal or manual labor experience is preferred but not always required.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy items and standing for extended periods.
- Basic English language proficiency for safety and communication.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
