Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks as assigned by the shift supervisor.
- Operate standard machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Inspect products and materials for quality control standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals.
- Assist in loading, unloading, and staging materials as required.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States (H2B Visa holders are strongly preferred).
- Ability to work varying shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Basic English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Willingness to perform physical labor, including standing for long periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Jersey City facility.
- Must possess a valid government-issued ID or Passport.
