Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to guests, ensuring a welcoming and memorable experience.
- Assist in daily operations, including food preparation, service, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow during peak hours.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately and resolve guest inquiries promptly.
- Participate in mandatory training sessions and team meetings.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support business needs.
Qualifications
- Must hold a valid H2B Nonimmigrant Visa or be eligible to obtain one.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends, holidays, and night shifts.
- Strong work ethic and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, and speaking) is required.
- High school diploma or equivalent educational background.
- Willingness to relocate to Anchorage, Alaska for the duration of the contract.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights.
